The class lasts for 1 hour
Individual class : 18 €
5 class pass: €75 (15€ per class)

Your lovely babies are very welcome to come with you to the class - please bring a toy if you wish to, to keep them entertained whilst you are stretching/relaxing!!
Breastfeeding: There is a little comfy corner at the back of the studio for breastfeeding if you need it!!
Pushchairs: The studio is on street-level, so don't worry there are no steps to climb! And there is plenty of space to park 'Poussettes' inside the studio

Once you have emailed me to reserve your place I will send you all of the appropriate door codes etc.
It is no problem at all if you haven't done much yoga before. Beginners welcome
You don't need to wear any fancy yoga clothes (unless you really want to!) Just wear something that's comfortable to stretch in such as jogging bottoms and a vest top.
You don't need to bring anything else with you - we have all of the materials (yoga mats, cushions etc) at the studio! There are changing rooms at the studio too!
